I would leave 0 stars if I could. Abbotts was the agent we used when renting my mothers house. Then she sadly passed away and I needed help transferring details.agter threemonths of calls and emails no one answered or helped and I was offered £75 compensation. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful experience with the rental team. If you do not take another property with them You are treated with the worse attitude ever. Peter chapman in particular has no customer service how he is a manager is beyond me. 3 weeks no reply to emails or phone calls. I myself also rent out a property and would be extremely upset if the agents I use treated my tenants the way we have been in the last month.

They know how and who to escalare any issue, ever since my tenancy started with Abbots, Jason Lucy Millie and head of branch were there for us. So thank you guys. I previously had another letting agency and ever since i came with Abbots Countrywide i could see a proper difference... No agency compares to this to be fair.
