We been dealing with Jenna Vincenza Allen, the biggest lier! Our offer was never passed to the seller, she decided that offer was to low, but after two weeks we contact Abbotts again to find out if property is still available, different agent told us that seller accepting our offer, so we arrange a second viewing. On day of viewing Jenna called to tell me that she cancel the viewing! How is that even possible!? Absolutely unprofessional ignorants and liers!

absolute disgrace we used this branch for letting using abbots to find the client TOTAL NIGHT MARE of a tenant that apparently should never have got past their searches in the first place we have used various estate agents over the years STRONGLY suggest YOU don't use this bunch o cowboys / any fool can stick an add in paper house for rent But when you go through an estate agent you EXSPECT them to do the relevant searches ETC AND be professionally responsible we have been seriously let down in this regard / had to go to courts to evict now tenant from hell is gone TRYING to reclaim deposit What a bag of spanners Mark L Jenkins
