Had quite a bad accident in RAV4 (front end rebuilt), my insurance company said that my car was going to go to one of several places, and Abbotts was one of them. I went and read the reviews of all the options and Abbotts was the one that stood out, I'm so glad that I got them to repair my car. Right from the start I was kept up to date with what was happening, unfortunately, because of the issues worldwide regarding parts this job took a while, but Abbotts were fantastic, everyone that I spoke to was helpful and listened. The work that was carried out was five-star, I've been running it for a few days and it's like it's like it was when it was brand new. It's not often you get a company that is friendly, interested in you as a person and delivers a quality service and job. A big thank you to Oliver and everyone at Abbott's for making a stressful situation easier.

They are (in my view) an insurance approved vehicle body shop for a reason. Been bringing my vehicles here for 30+ year's. I've found the customer service to be relaxed and my repairs have always been carried out to a high standard. I attend the Millennium Hall Community Centre in Fulwood Preston with my community brass band once a week, one of the seats we use needed welding at the time of writing this, and they just repaired it for the hall, no mention of remuneration, many thanks to the staff at Abbotts for your kindness, defo deserve five stars here 😀 Keith (Harrison)
