We wanted them to survey one our commercial properties. They send out a surveyor who was badly prepared and was unable to carry out his survey for one reason or another. The company did not have the decency to contact us to explain why their surveyor had been unprofessional during his visit. After several emails, and no apologies or financial compensation, we decided not to proceed with them. They did refund us as agrees but all in all not a great experience and nothing but wasting our time.

I contacted Peter Holliday regarding a subsidence claim I had made on my home insurance. I asked for an independent structural engineer’s inspection of my house and a report, as I was unhappy with the way the insurance company were dealing with it. I know nothing of these matters and felt out of my depth. Bruce, a senior Structural Engineer did a careful inspection and provided a helpful report, which did not fully concur with that from the loss adjusters. Since then, Peter has been very helpful in advising me how to proceed, as a result of which the insurance company have changed their approach. I’m so glad I contacted Abbott Holliday and have been very grateful for their help and support. I would thoroughly recommend them

Abbott Holliday was very professional and gave me the peace of mind to purchase the property.
