I use Abbott Fire Protection for the supply & servicing of my portable fire fighting equipment (extinguishers & blankets) as well as the stands, photoluminescent signage & covers which are deployed on temporary events. The engineers are able to accommodate my diary, visiting my storage compound at a convenient time to check all of the equipment in one go; on arrival, they are very friendly, knowledgable and carry out their tasks with diligence & care. They always have sufficient spare parts with them, to remedy simple matters on site, and they carry ready-to-use extinguishers should they need to swap any out for more detailed work in their workshop. When I am low on equipment, I know I can call up and quickly arrange to borrow additional FFE for larger events, if I need to. As I frequently need to transport the extinguishers & paraphernalia to various events, the team always leave me with plenty of spare tags in case they break in transit (they're always secured with cable ties in their boxes), and are happy to call out and check any FFE I'm concerned about after its journey. Also, where my clients have their own FFE which needs servicing, I know that I can trust Abbott Fire Protection to do the job to my satisfaction, ensuring my clients continue to trust me and my service partners for the quality that we provide - even at extremely short notice, the team will call at odd hours to get jobs done on time.
