The appointment was fixed for a given day: i took the day off to be at home but no one showed up. When I called to ask if they were on their way on the day, I was first told that they were struggling with time, then that the operator was not well. I wasted my day off and my time. Booked Mike for a boiler service (bosch worcester), he gave me a call before to let me know he was on his way. Gave me some good advice and even fixed a problem with the boiler i was having just by giving it a good service. Last guy i had said i needed parts and then never showed up again. So glad i managed to find Mike. He also topped up my system with inhibitor, as i had not had it done since i had moved in and i had been topping the boiler up with water quite often before Mike had fixed it the cause of the pressure drops. Nice to have found someone who knows what they are doing and local. Happy to use again. Thanks Marek

I was so fortunate to contact Abbeymead heating and plumbing at 7pm tonight. My boiler had stopped working and I had no idea what was wrong. Mike talked me through the problem over the phone and the cause of my broken down boiler was frozen pipes. He gave me instructions on how to resolve this and within a very short time my radiators are lovely and warm. Thank you Mike for being so kind and spending time to help.
