(Translated by Google) Were there with the WoMo. Great starting point for a London tour. Walking distance to the subway. Toilets and showers very clean but rather basic. But overall highly recommended. (Original) Waren mit dem WoMo da. Super Ausgangspunkt für eine London Tour. Fußläufig zur U-Bahn. Toiletten und Duschen sehr sauber, aber eher einfach. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Friendly reception and a lovely place to see London. Walk 5 minutes to Abbey Wood railway station and it’s 20 minutes to Tottenham Court. It pays to book as this is a very busy park

Abbey Wood was the 2nd stop of my 35-day camping trip here in the UK, and I don't think I could have picked a better campsite. It has really nice shady grounds; a large field for tents with ample supply of power poles to hook up to. Caravans have the option of gravel or flat grassy stations. The one challenge I want to point out is flat level spots. There's maybe one truky level spot at the bottom of the hill for tents. I picked a semi-secluded corner at the top of the hill with as minimal a slant as I was going to find. I think if I were to return, I'd pay the extra to have the grassy caravan flat at the bottom of the hill. Hahaha, that hill was brutal after a full day walking around the London sights. Caravans will also need to be prepared for leveling off. Three buildings thru out, which provide potty, shower, and dish washing station. The center building has laundry and handicap access. The staff are super friendly and will help you figure out how to get where you're going and have freezer blocks you can trade out with. I was even missing the plug-in for the pole, and they lent me one. This was the best way to see all of London! Tube station is a 7-minute walk with an hour trip at most into the city. Large Sainsbury next to the transit station. I'd say it's quiet here but those doggone birds woke me up at 5am every morning, but you get used to it. Hahaha

(Translated by Google) Beautiful, neat and quiet campsite! Ideal base to visit London! A good 5min walk to the Elizabeth Line and from there 15 to 20min to central London, great! Staff at the campsite very friendly and sanitary facilities are well maintained. Many squirrels and also a fox, but if you don't leave any food, you won't be bothered by that either. In short, highly recommended for those who want to visit London and want to spend the night in a quiet environment (Original) Mooie, nette en rustige camping!
