Unfortunately a couple of negative issues with this place :( firstly wrongly charged us for kittens we had to give up for jabs they never got..... Recently visited ...nice enough staff ... Could be better though... We found a cat that isn't looking well at all visits a couple of gardens near ours and regularly sleeps at our garden. Fly's all around it... Strange tumour looking thing on its lip..... Called in for emergency rescue or at least some good info on getting it seen to.... As it Isn't our cat etc. But I'd rather not see it die. All they seemed concerned about was money and how to pay and for someone to drive to another abbey vet clinic . Too busy .. palmed off... Etc etc.. just found the response and reaction poor and unfortunately wouldn't recommend this place. Hopefully this isn't the case for the majority and all animals get looked after better than this poor cat 👍

Will never use Abbey Vets ever again, nothing but overpriced money grabbers that want you to put your dog through surgery just for profit. Offer contradictory advise about your pets. Would avoid at all costs.
