They've been very good with both of our dogs and all three of our rabbits. Cannot fault care given. I keep recommending them to other Frenchie owners as I believe they have a specialist at their Barnsley branch who was fantastic with our Frenchie's BOAS surgery.

Insensitive to owners and pets. I took my pup here for a castration procedure, I was happy with how booking him in went all very friendly and reassuring. It then came to picking him up after the operation..... Receptionist was rude and not very informative, told me to wait where I stood. I completely understand they have to do this due to covid but she never gave me any information on how my dog was doing or gave me any idea on how long I would be waiting (my appointment was for 5pm) it had already passed this time. 25 minutes I waited listening to my dog cry for me it was heartbreaking and unacceptable ! Payment taken before I even laid eyes on my pet.... no consideration for the owners or pets feelings. The appointments should be staggered to avoid this and to stick with government guidelines, but obviously get as many in and out for the maximum profit is their mind set.... I’ve used this company for years and never had a problem but this one I can’t forgive. I shall be changing to a different vet, I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Took our dog to be put to sleep yesterday . Vet wasn't too bad but I nearly fell over when it came to paying . 200 pounds ! Couldn't believe it . That is for communal cremation ! I am so upset about it but having to have her put to sleep anyway but really think it's awful to charge that much. Whilst waiting for an appointment I asked for some pain relief for her ... 15 pounds for 10 ml of doggy ibuprofen. Whilst she is more important than money I think it is disgraceful that they make so much money out of my misery 😔
