We are delighted with the service we received from Abbey partners Zeb did our plans, got them approved by Planning and did all the structural calculations and breezed through Building Control, we saved on architect fees and months of potential aggravation with the Local authority and neighbours. They handled our Party Wall issues and got us back on good terms with our neighbours. They were timely, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. This was the best referral we’ve ever had.

Used this company to undertake a structural survey of my property ahead of purchase. Zeb was very professional and took the time to walk me around the property to understand any issue / concerns. The report I received was also very comprehensive and specific to my property. They also included a section of the feasibility of a proposed extension. I would highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
