Can’t recommend Abbey Limos enough. We hired the Hummer as a surprise for my Dad’s birthday and he was totally made up!! From start to finish the service was absolutely brilliant. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in future. Thank you for making it such a special and memorable birthday

I am not usually one to write reviews, however I feel I should do so for this company. I used Abbey Limos for both my hen night and for my wedding. For my hen night I hired the Party Bus to go to Gunwhalf Keys. The driver could not do enough for us, he asked if we would like to stop and take some photographs at Southsea font, which was really nice - I would not have thought of doing that - but I am glad that we did because the photos came out great. They even decorated the inside with banners and balloons, which made the night really special. At the end of the evening the driver was there waiting for us and made sure everyone got home safely. My husband was really impressed with the hummer when I surprised him with the Hummer for our wedding day. They gave me a really good deal for the two cars. I would highly recommend using Abbey Limos We are looking forward to using there new limousine to take us to Ascot for the day later in the year. Thank you Abbey Limos for making our days extra special. We used Abbey Limos for our wedding in May 2014. They turned up on time, the streched hummer was lovely and big enough for all of the bridal party to fit in with easy. The driver was very helpful and curtious. The only small problem, which was not their fault, was that their sat nav sent them to the back of the church and the car park is at the front so we had to re-direct the driver. I would definately recommend them for special occations. We all has a lovely time and my guests were begging for a ride to the reception venue in it, thank you Abbey's Limos

I used this company for my daughters wedding. I would recommend them to anyone. They were punctual, friendly, helpful and the limo was amazing. They helped make the day really special. Will use again without a doubt. With my sons prom coming up I will definitely be ringing them soon.

Do not use this limo company. An 18th birthday surprise party was organised for my friend and we were meant to be picked up, go meet her at a restaurant and take her around in it before going to her father's house to party. However, the limo was late by over an hour because the limo driver 'could not find the address'. We were constantly in contact with someone in the office to see where the driver was and were told the driver had been to the address when we had been stood there for an hour waiting there for him, so obviously that was a lie. Next we were told that the address we had given was wrong and he couldn't find the address, so which story was true? Well, turns out that the driver had a sat nav that had software that was out of date by over 7 years as the address we were meeting on could not be seen on the sat nav as the estate had not been built when that version of the software was released. You would have thought that a company of that size would at least have up to date software. If that were not enough, the driver was given a printed map (provided by my friend's father) with annotations, phone numbers etc. telling the driver exactly where we were going to be. The person in the office speaking to us was rude and treated us as if we were stupid. About 10 minutes before the limo finally turned up we were told that they had another job soon and could not make our one. The limo driver phoned us finally, which is what he should have done in the first place, and we had to ring someone to send them out in their car to find the driver and bring him back. To top it all off, we went to the father's house as they had to leave the restaurant because we had been stalled for so long, and picked her up for a drive which we rightly demanded, but the driver ran out of his legal driving time and we had to get out. Overall, this company has disgustingly poor organisational skills and lies to you to make themselves look like they are in the right. We never even got an apology from either the driver or the person in the office. So, if you want a good night, do not even consider using this company.

Our £25,000 wedding for my daughter at Highcliffe castle got off to a dreadful start because Abbey Limos simply did not turn up. We booked and paid in advance but on the day were told by the office that as far as they could see no booking had been made for 2012 despite the fact we had emails to confirm and a properly completed booking form. Afterwards we were told by them that a car had been dispatched but broke down. They had tried to get an alternative car. However the main issue is that they did not contact us by phone or leave messages to counter the info given by the person in the office. (No call to the mobiles, home phone or hotel) This cause us considerable upset as you can imagine. We had to leave late for the wedding in our own vehicles which spoiled the bride's 'grand entrance'. In my opinion they are a badly managed and disorganised business that should not be trusted for weddings or funerals. For us it was a highly stressful start and we would never use them in the future.
