Very disappointed with the service. We didn't get the door we chosefrom the brochure. The glass pane design was changed to solar control unit. Then the door was fitted on the wrong side and luckily we were able to correct it before the job was completed. This experience caused us so much distress that we would not use them again or recommend them to others. Service: General door installation

Sarah King (who mostly answers the phone) can stop being so rude and abrupt to her customers. It’s a fundamental concept to to helpful and polite to clients to attract business! She was obstructive, argumentative and unhelpful. The initial quote was so inaccurate it’s pointless getting one at all, as it’s bears no relation to what it actually will cost. It would have cost over £100 more than the initial quote if I’d gone ahead with the order. Vat wasn’t added on. Also trying to book a date for fitting was much more difficult than it needed to be as I was told that ‘I can’t promise that day’ so maybe suggest which day you can commit to instead? As in the next day perhaps? This also drew a blank. Then I was told (not asked) to pay upfront before the order. If you work full-time (as most people would in order to afford this sort of thing) you can expect no flexibility/understanding or accommodating appointments for people in that situation. No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
