Worst GP surgery. Doctors do not consistently send orders of vital repeat medication to pharmacy. When asked about this they say you will have to re-order and wait up to another 5 days meaning you will run out of medication. Had to call 111 on 5 occasions to get emergency medication. Poor quality of care to patients with mental health problems. I experienced a crisis in November last year overdosed on a box of paracetamol (over the counter medication) accepted weekly prescriptions for 2 months. Doing much better and the community mental health team that actually see me sent a recommendation to go back to monthly. They disregard this do what they want, still receiving weekly prescriptions in May. Changed surgeries where it is getting resolved. Doctors are an absolute joke here. Nurses are lovely. Receptionists are left with the fallout from bad doctor practice. Doctors should be investigated by the GMC as they are clearly in breach of their code of conduct.

Over 200 calls placed to get my 1 year old daughter in to be seen today. Line always busy, no appointments left by time you do. Contacted 111 to be told to ring gp and they should see her....duty doctor said her clinic was now shut and I should take her to a&e if I'm really concerned....

Absolutely terrible. Ended up in hospital twice as GP doesnt read hospital correspondence or relay test results. Last test results state no further action. Luckily got 2nd opinion and as result I have finally moved surgery as this was the final straw. Friends and family have also had bad experience to say the least. Avoid this GP practice!

The worst GP in England. You can relay more on a dementia patient to give information than this GP give you any help. I been 2 time at A&E and advised me to see a GP, they are both unhelpful on the phone and in person

was with this medical centre for nearly 2 years, the doctors and medical staff are lovely, but when it comes to phoning up the admin staff and reception staff, they are very very bad and don't care at all, I would use another surgery if you can
