Emailed twice several days apart with a query on product I had received (I can’t get it out of the bottle) - no response to either email Update After writing my review I had a voicemail from them saying that they had found my emails in spam. Also that the product needs warming, what a shame they hadn’t sent instructions in the first place. As requested I was kindly asked if I would reconsider my review and I have updated it from 1 star to 3 stars which I think is fair.
