Pre booked a taxi to pick me up from a event late at night as I was on my own, called to ask for the reg at the time of the pickup so I could find the taxi amongst all the others to be told “oh sorry we can’t pick you up now” !!! So was stranded alone late at night. Terrible terrible service! Also because this event was huge it was near impossible to find any other company’s with spare cabs!

I would give 0 stars of I could. The driver was late picking me up from Heathrow, and had the audacity to ask me to pay for his parking. The return trip to the airport never happened. They confirmed a 10:05am pickup the day before, and then called at 10:03am the day of to tell me it would be 11:30am at best before they could get there. When I called at 11:30, they said noon and my flight was to leave Heathrow at 14:05! I had to order a taxi that cost me £70, and barely made my flight after literally running thru the airport to the gate! Don't waste your money with this company!!

Never ever again!!! Driver did not show off till we called the company. We had kids and no seats for them on the car even we had a confirmation by e- mail. They ask us 20£ extra!! Unfriendliest driver ever! Same when picking us up on the hotel but this time they did not shown up! Afterwards we find out that they came 1houre earlyer as confirmed by phone 1 day before. We had to pick up a separate cab to the airport. Unfortunately we booked a arrangemt (bring/pick up) and payed in advance. NEVER EVER AGAIN: UNFRIENDLY STUFF (THE HANG UP TWICE THE PHONE), TO EXPENSIVE WORST DRIVER EVER. He was eating Mc Donalds food while driving. Do not order this company and if you have kids: forget this company!! A BIG BIG disappontement and NO GO! The whole trip was a nightmare!!

They have cars, and they can do rides which probably work out ok sometimes. However we had a nightmare with drivers not showing up for a booking, then trying to overcharge us massively when they finally turned up after being chased. Insist on a meter or agree a price before the journey, if you use them.
