I had my son's bouncy castle booked for Sunday 18th July. I emailed them on Monday 12th July to check we were still in for Sunday and it's only then I got a call to say they were cancelling all bouncy castles for that week due to their driver isolating. Makes me wonder when/if I was even going to be told if I hadn't have chased. Now at 8 months pregnant, I have the stress of trying to find a last minute bouncy castle in time for my son's 2nd birthday. Not very impressed at all.

Popped a request.. At short notice really.. For a bouncy superheros bouncy castle for today.. Easter Sunday. Got a response within 10 minutes and confirmed. Lads arrived at 10.30 and set it all up within 10 minutes. Very helpful and my Grandson's absolutely loved it and I've earned HUGE brownie points as a great 'Domar'.. (Grandma) 👌😂... Definitely recommend and will use again.. and again I reckon!
