Noticed the shop during a shopping trip on Monday the 17th October. Popped in for some Anayas / scarves for friends & family. Both of us were ignored by the member of staff, not sure who she was but definitely behind the counter & running the place, and she didn’t even bother to assist in any way, yet continued to babble away on her Mobile the whole time we were there. We browsed, tried to catch her attention without success & ultimately ended up leaving. No Salaam Alaikum, no Hello, zero eye contact…I mean what is she even doing there if all she wishes to do, is chat away to friends n family on her phone. An absolutely textbook way of losing business. Owner, the old ways of “I’m me, people will just walk in and buy stuff and I’ll run the place in my typical Pindu way” are long gone!!!

This is my go-to shop for Abayas, Hijab, Oudh, Kimonos, and so much more. They have a wide variety of products, their stock is always new and up-to-date, the shop assistant always helps you select products according to what you like/what will suit you best (and what hijab stays on your head without slipping!), the owners are super friendly, and they have products to suit most, if not all body shapes and sizes. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs abayas/oudh/hijab- the quality is unmatched 😊
