Much better selection of fabrics than when last in 3 years ago with fabrics not see in my Preston store or recently in Birkenhead. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Sarah and the cutting table lady who asked about reduction on a stained fabric for me x

Staff was awfully rude, the store has become even more crammed since they have changed the layout to have sale items upstairs (which is pretty sparse) meanwhile everything else got moved to the ground floor and has become quite crammed horrible to try to move around the shop. They also have changed to card only when I went to pay with cash and cashier was very rude to me about it so I left my shop on the counter and left. Won't be going back
