    I have been attending the sessions for over a year now and feel that I have not looked back! For someone that use to feel intimidated about going to the gym, the thought of training with others with different types of weights and exercises was fairly harrowing! However, if you, like me, have these pre-conceived thoughts then I implore you to think again! Upon attending your first session, you will experience the fully inclusive environment for you to grow and gain confidence in. You’ll never feel judged no matter your ability and Andy does an incredible job at curating sessions that are fun, varied and rewarding! So if you want to row like a pro, know what a snatch is or just upgrade your cardio levels then I urge you come on down and Witness the (AB) Fitness!

    Cannot recommend AB Fitness enough! I joined with my husband in June last year on a 6 week course and have never looked back. My overall fitness and strength have improved so much in that time and I’m pushing myself more than I ever thought I could. Andy somehow manages to make every session so different - you will never be bored here! The atmosphere that Andy has created is so friendly and everyone is so encouraging. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a gym or exercise class environment before or made so many friendships. You’re getting a PT style service but for such value for money - would recommend to anyone of any fitness level!

    Highly recommend AB fitness. Andy is a great, friendly instructor. Always there to offer help if we need it. I really enjoying doing these session and you never do the same thing at each session. I can defiantly notice my strength getting stronger as the weeks go by when doing the sessions. So would 100% recommend to anyone 😁

    Andy Bull of AB Fitness is easily the best personal trainer I have ever worked with (and there have been a few)! Every session is different to the last which keeps the training interesting and challenging. Andy’s understanding of the human body means that if you are struggling with a niggle he will know a different exercise that you can do to not make matters worse. If you are thinking about having a personal trainer get in touch with Andy - it will be money well spent!
