After 6 months composite decking started to disintegrate. 4 years later holes everywhere and STILL trying to get replacement. 10 year guarantee on product that has failed to meet trades description act and total avoidance of directors to deal with customer complaints.

Not impressed, Website stock said 45, ordered and paid for then get an email to say not available and 6 week lead time. Even called on Saturday morning to check stock and was told "Yes it's in stock" but apparently despite the answerphone message saying our opening times were from 8.30am on Saturday they are not open and this was a call centre! Not great service!!
