    I have a modified BMW and unfortunately issue went wrong with the air ride system. I called my AA breakdown and the company was dispatched to come to me. Their estimated time of arrival was 19:20 and by 19:30 I hadn’t heard anything from the driver. I called the office and they said they are not doing it because it’s a modified vehicle. I called the AA and left a formal complaint due to lack of communication, respect and common decency to call the customer and explain why they ‘don’t want to do it’. Nevertheless, the first person I spoke to was very confident that you could support me because the driver is ‘the best’ and has ‘recovered many Ferraris’. What a joke.
