A wonderfully fast, friendly and highly efficient service. I took my car to AAK after a Citroen dealership was unable to diagnose an airbag light fault and AAK were able to diagnose and resolve the issue within a matter of a few hours. Would highly recommend AAK!

Went to AAK with an issue with my locking wheel nut, as in it couldn’t be removed at another establishment. After arriving I spoke to the receptionist who called a mechanic and the job was done within minutes. Great service, great garage, great staff. Highly recommended. Will be returning when I have any other issue with my car. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly the worst experience ever. My car had a faulty connection in the engine (I am not technical). I took it to AAK to ask them to have a look. They spent 15 mins looking at it and told me the repair would be over £500 to put right. I spoke to my brother who is a mechanic in Leeds and he told me to get another opinion. I took this to another garage who told me it was a loose connection and fixed the issue for less than £80 as well as topping up oil, and other fluids. When I tried to take my car to get it fixed one of the owners was very rude and argumentative. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! - At the very least get another opinion.

I've been taking my car here for several years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and even a little apologetic when asking for a large payment for expensive repairs. I took my car in today because of a slow puncture caused by a nail. The problem was dealt with straightaway. I thought it would require a new tyre but the puncture was repaired, a new tyre unnecessary. 'Have this one on us' the guy on reception said, 'it was only a repair'. OK, maybe the parts don't cost much but what about the labour. It is little touches of kindness like this that I appreciate. Thank you. Service: Tires

Couldn’t be happier with the service from the AAK team. They fitted my car in to attempt an emergency repair after I was recovered to them by the RAC and was stranded 2 hours from home. They were able to identify the necessary repair and temporarily fix it so I could attempt to drive home but in the end I required recovery (they couldn’t do a full repair there and then due to not having a required part in stock). They were really accommodating and refused to charge me for what they did and also let me camp out on their forecourt whilst I waited for recovery back home. Thanks guys, highly recommend you and wish you were closer to home for me to use regularly
