Having been using this accountancy company for 5 years following a referral from a friend, I am highly disappointed at the way this company treats its long time loyal clients. The cost for my company accounts all of sudden more than doubled within a year with no explanation or justification other than “we have increased our fee” [MORE THAN DOUBLE”- a 140% increase] - and so made it significantly higher than other accountancy companies that offer the same service. Anyway, good riddance. Moving both my LTD accounts which is an inconvenience but quite frankly better since this company clearly doesn’t value its customers.UPDATE: Increased rating from one to two star as following my google review, the company reached out to offer a one off reduction for my company tax return as a “goodwill gesture” - even with the one off reduced price, there was still an increase of 70% to the price I paid for the exact same service the previous year. It made me less annoyed about the situation though still in shock about the 140% increase if I had remained - zero negotiation from them.
