Rang them 5 weeks ago and they enthusiastically recommended a local fitter, who came round two days later to measure up. 5 weeks later, I still don't have a quote. A waste of my time and the fitter's time. Clearly my arched porch was not of interest to either AAC or the fitter. Just wish they wouldn't treat people like this. My advice would be go to someone else in WsM who will be interested such as Paul Tripp for upvc or Woodies if you want timber. I would not hesitate to recommend either.
