Horrible service received and even worse response from customer service. Made an error with my booking and charged me for their error. Customer service agents gave me different price for thesame location with no explanation why the fares were different and were so dismissive on the phone saying she will send me the link to raise a complain then sends Feedback form. While trying to sort out fare issue with them, driver told me I was wasting his time. Never again and will not recommend!
