Shame we didn’t find this company sooner. Think we would have purchased our hot tub from Andy and Ali but we didn’t and they don’t hold that against us. Just a short story of what AA Hot tubs do for us. They empty and clean on a 12 weekly rota we have to say thank you to Adam as he can be outside in the elements cleaning the tub to a fine standard. Andy does a yearly service. So people say why run a hot tub in this present depression? We have had the insulation package and now the Inverter air source heat pump this morning we have already saved paying our electricity supplier for approximately 4 kw of electricity and that is just for this morning. AA Hot tubs are very reasonably priced and very informative. Go take a look for yourself at their air source heat pumps they are a must. And thank you A A hot tubs for all you guys do for us.

Decided to upgrade our existing hot tub and after talking to Andy and Ali decided on a Thermals hot tub, we are so pleased with it. Andy came around for a hot hub insulation upgrade with an advised saving of at least £1 a day on running costs and with current energy prices any saving is appreciated. The work was done to a great standard and and I can happily say, after crunching the numbers, the saving is in excess of £2 a day.....keep up the good work and thanks for your advice on servicing. Taken ages to get round to this review, but felt we needed to post one as we have dealt with such awful hot tub companies in the past. We are quick to complain when things are bad but not so quick to say when things are good. Alison and her team are EXCEPTIONAL at what they do. They know hot tubs and they are keen to share their knowledge. After care has been amazing, we just used our free service a year later. They did a great job. She sourced a tub for us at a time when they were having struggles with shipping etc. We had a tub just in time for our first guests last year at our Airbnb. They are a great company, family run feel. Honest and helpful.
