Initially seemed like a good service but after laptop was returned to me I had several BSOD's and when I returned it to the store for further testing I was told my errors 'could not be replicated'. It seems to have been a faulty installation of Windows after my hard drive was replaced by AA computers. I do not really expect to have to perform my own troubleshooting and repairs after taking my laptop to a store for that purpose, so have amended my review...
