Just a fabulous sewing machine shop! I recently decided that I would buy myself a new overlocker to replace my old, well used one. I went to the shop and asked for advice on the different machines. The assistant explained them all to me and recommended the cheapest one in the shop saying that it was the best value for money. It included 3 years warranty. I was in and out if the shop in 10 mins and left with the recommended overlocker. When I got home I checked the reviews for this machine and they are all excellent and is in fact the machine recommended by Amazon. Great service! Thank you

This shop was a great choice for my new sewing machine. After initially looking around online, buying from this store was price competitive. But going to the store in person was most helpful as the salesman took time to demonstrate the machine and help me practice threading it. There was no pressure at all. I am hoping not to use their after-sales service, but it is reassuring to know that I can get some help if I run into trouble.

Absoloutely fantastic customer service. After getting some unexpected money, I decided to treat myself to an embroidery machine, I have wanted one for a very long time and knew I wouldn't be in a position to do so again. I searched high and low, and came across Woodseats. They were offering the V3 for a lower price than anywhere else, so I messaged to check a few things. I got a speedy response and ran across to their website to order. DPD unfortunately didn't collect as they were supposed to, so the delivery was delayed, but to no fault of Woodseats. They even took my machine to their house to be collected on the monday as they are closed. I received the machine on Wednesday, all as it should be with the extra bits I ordered inside the box. I have been working so haven't been able to play as much as I would have liked so far. But I now have a week off so, no prizes for guessing what I will be doing while the kids are at school!!! Thank you again, so, so much!! You have made my year!!!
