The Team at A3M Designs have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, their customer service is impeccable. I needed a trade show stand, counter, and flags that I could easily transport around the country with me. Chris and his team came up with the perfect solution and design with a zoom tent. The zoom tent and all of the kit is of excellent quality, strong, sturdy and easy to mantle/dismantle - As an individual attending a lot of shows alone this was high on the priority list for me. Allowing me to pay first to keep within the sale time limit (before my designs were ready) was very much appreciated and then speeding up the production and shipping really meant a lot! I’ve been so stressed recently with having so much to do to get ready for my trade stands this weekend and the excellent customer service from A3M has really helped out. Fantastic service at A3M – Highly recommended. A3M were brilliant – we were in need of purchasing a new trade show stand, with specific requirements such as easy transportation and adjustable sizing to accommodate different floor sizes. A3M helped us throughout the entire process, laying our options clearly and explaining the pros and cons of each option within our price range. A special mention to Annalise who has also been fantastic throughout the entire process, providing quick replies whilst being being extremely helpful and friendly. What really impressed me about A3M is that they went above and beyond to ensure that we received a great service – they even dropped our trade show stand to my house out of hours, when a supplier was late on delivery, ensuring that we had our stand delivered on time. Will be using A3M again in the future.
