Was looking around for a nice Vauxhall Vivaro and came across A37 Vans online who had just what i wanted , rang them and spoke to James who was very helpful and professional after agreeing the price and delivery the van was delivered on the agreed day by Elliot who was very polite and a nice guy to deal with. I brought a van and the water pump went we thought Okay yes they took it in and sorted the COOLENT LEAK the second time it went in, but on the day of picking the van back up I lost half a tank or fuel because a pipe wasn’t fitted back properly!! Their response was “can I drive it back”. During the work I was told the cam belt might need changing and then they decided it didn’t need it. Only two months later the belt snaps. I now have a useless van costing money doing nothing. This affects me, my family and my business greatly. Another garage has inspected the van and told me the whole cam system was set to fail and in bad health. After talking to someone eventually they denied all and just passed me off with warranty nonsense and couldn’t be any less interested in the fact they left me running around in an expensive time bomb. Awful experience that me and my family will feel financially for the next two years. Please people do ask what exactly happens to a van before someone sells it.
