Service since buying the car has been dreadful. There were a couple of issues which I asked about and they said they would fix it. I wasn't expecting them to fix it but they said they would. Nearly 2 months later I'm still waiting!! They have never emailed me and I only got one call back where they left a vague voicemail saying "I'm just waiting for a courtesy car really". Absolutely shocking. They give you this RAC cover but I don't think they expect anyone to use it. As I say I've been waiting 2 months for them to help me so I've only got 1 month left on the warranty. Don't tell someone you're going to fix their car if you're not actually going to follow through with it!! Overall fine to get a car but I feel they've treated me different because I'm a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars and the service since buying the car has been appalling. Would not recommend to a friend.

hello, I bought my vw touareg julay 2022from them for 17,000 pounds. (Low milage-)After six months, when the warranty ended, the car broke down on holiday in Poland. I was with my whole family, two small children and a wife. The car had a large oil leak and lost power. The tow truck took us to the hotel. The mechanic who repaired the car said that one injection was replaced from an older model, and the injector pads were also from an older Touareg. engine and gearbox - a Polish mechanic told me that it was definitely not replaced in the gearbox! The car was sold to me by Simon (a nice man but he talks a lot and if I wanted some compensation for being cheated he told me to talk to Roy - and he didn't help me either) I do not recommend this place bad bad bad+
