Excellent baby shop with just about everything you need and the prices were so good. A lot of the items were even cheaper than the big high street chains. We bought a few items to start but definitely will come back for more when we need it.

A great place. So incredibly helpful. We used them for our buggy and car seats and the service was fantastic. Very responsive to email. And when we came to having a second baby we realised we had misplaced an adapter for a newborn on the pram - they were so kind they had a spare and gave it to us for free

Excellent service and experience! Highly recommend to everyone. Preparing for our first baby and I had been dreading looking at 'travel systems' as we had no idea where to start, but the team at A3 Baby Barn (especially Jaime) took all of the stress out of the experience. Where I had expected to feel overwhelmed it was easy, stress-free, and exciting! Jaime listened to our requirements and gave insightful, informative recommendations which were perfect for us and met all of our needs. We were able to take our time, try everything out and even make sure everything fitted in our car. Will be recommending to everyone regardless of whether they are experienced parents or 'newbies' like us. Will be going back for more baby items over the next few months and beyond.

I bought car seats for my twins 18 months ago and came back today to have them readjusted as my boys aren’t fitting quite so well in them anymore. Ella very kindly readjusted the seats for me which was not a quick task, and in addition giving me some advice on what I need to do to keep them fitting properly so that the boys are 100% safe. I can not thank Ella enough for being so thorough and taking the extra time to make sure that the seats were perfect. Definitely recommend baby barn for their products and 5* service!

Disappointing visit. I went in with my baby looking for a new pram, it felt like I was bothering the staff who were all standing behind the till chatting. No information was proactively offered to me, I had to keep asking question after question - eg I asked how to fold a pram and then was left alone with it folded with no clue how to unfold. Just really unhelpful and unfriendly and I was the only customer in the shop. I left and went to John Lewis and found my new pram.

We traveled an hour to come visit, a little bizarre driving through a golf course to get to it. We had amazing service once we got in, a lovely lady with long brown hair (didn't catch her name) showed us quite a few prams, and we were left at the right time to browse and got a few other bits I probably didn't need to buy yet. However when we were looking at the pram we liked best out of them and trying to make the final colour/package decision and someone else asked if we were okay, I said we'd already been helped but we're okay, the lady still proceeded to carry on selling the pram, and I then felt a little uncomfortable and we then left, unfortunately even though you have some good deals, a stop at John Lewis on the way home revealed the uppababy on offer with only the car seat and base for a good deal and then we purchased there. I fully appreciate the lady who took the time to show us the few prams folding and the bases, she helped ease some anxiety as I'm slowly falling apart.
