Generally an excellent shop. My macbook's microphone was broken and was replaced for a fraction of what the price would be at the official apple store. My only issue is that I was promised that my computer would be fixed either the same day or the following morning, and it took a day or two longer than promised.

I took my laptop previously unfixable by the other shops. They took many days and and provided me with the detail of the problem (backlight problem but unfixable since they couldn’t find the parts) and didn’t charge me a single pound. Then I brought my laptop to this place, told them the detail problem, yet they took only a few days to tell me it’s unfixable claiming I need to replace the motherboard. I asked how much for changing the motherboard but this time they took a whole damn week to check the price to be £600-700. I decided not to, but they still cost me damn £50 for “diagnostic” that I’ve already told them. Very unprofessional.
