I very rarely leave reviews and even less negative ones but I felt it my duty to warn others of this company. I moved into one of their properties and there were leaks in 3 separate parts of the home due to their negligence. Due to these leaks our home became infested with filter flies, and were made to live with this pest for months, which can also spread diseases. It took them 10 months to resolve their leak issues only for us to then find another leak, we are 2 months since raising this issue and they still haven't resolved this issue. For your own benfit AVOID this company.

If only you could give 0 stars. Nonstop problems since we moved in 13 months ago (newbuild): - Lifts repeatedly breaking - Security concerns following numerous break ins and packages being stolen - Rough sleeper under the stairs that threatened residents after the cleaner left the fob out - Failure to reply to numerous requests for budget info - large hikes in service charge despite terrible service being provided - Overall shocking experience Particular shout out to Robert Dalmadge and Avril Udofia, never have a group of residents experienced such lack of professionalism. This feeling is widely echoed by the residents. If we could get rid we would!

Dreadful company who charge a high service fee and deliver very little. If you have an issue you're on your own - it is impossible to contact them - no one answers the phone, no one replies to emails. They side step work and pass the buck. You need to be more invested in your properties. You need more staff. Where is our service fee money going? I know where a lot of the money is going - MARKETING. I know you use expensive design agencies to produce your marketing materials because I have worked for you as a graphic designer. You need to invest more in the service you provide for your residents and the quality of your builds. You should be ashamed of these google reviews - they are heartbreaking.

This should be no stars Clearly the staff don't know what they are doing, as you get completely the wrong information and they do not listen to what they are told. Investors in people is a joke to leave some one with no source of drinking water is ok for them a d suggesting I should drink water and use water to wash vegetables in, in water supplied from my water tank. They are not flexible with the fact people have to work in todays world even shops open on a Sunday so contractors should be able to work weekends as well. They are voted the worst housing association.. They use cheap fittings in property's which continually go wrong.
