Absolutely shocking if you value your possessions do NOT use these clowns they damaged , ruined , and lost some of my belongings and refused to take responsibility or pay to replace the items , six months on and they still can’t find some of my belongings that were in storage with them. The owner is nothing more than downright rude and aggressive a vile man

Used A2B removals today and was very impressed by the service. James and David arrived on time and worked tirelessly and diligently to load all our items from a three bed semi. They unloaded and relocated furniture into selected rooms and stacked bags and boxes for unpacking. Very disappointed; A2B did not live up to their promises, specifically the size of van that would be provided in order to make the move in a single trip. Multiple phone calls with A2B staff including the owner on the day had them yelling at me down the phone and repeatedly hanging up as if the problems they had created were my fault, not theirs. The owner blatantly and knowingly lied to me about the service they would provide and the office staff appear totally incapable of following simple instructions or fulfilling clear agreements. Got moved in the end thanks only to the guys who did the actual work, but it turned into a very stressful day for no good reason. I strongly advise you not to use this firm under any circumstances. It was made clear to me on the day that my experience was a typical scenario when dealing with A2B. I would give zero stars for service if that was an option. Update 8 April 2021: The owner of A2B has recently responded to my review, in exactly the way I would expect based on his previous history and other reviews - criticise and blame the customer while taking no responsibility for his numerous failings. I only wish he could have been there on the day to hear exactly how his own employees described him and his behaviour; sadly most of it was not suitable for publication.
