Booked a taxi at 11:00am on Saturday from this firm from the Holiday Inn B'ham Airport, for a time sensitive event at 16:00. Failed to show, and when the hotel called they hadn't got a car at all. Nearly ruined a special event and had no remorse. Awful attitude and service.

Got a confirmation of the booking but didn't get a link to prepay and so found out at the booked time that no-one was coming. Paid then and was told someone would be out in 25mins. 25mins later the driver cancelled on us so we called up and booked again. The second driver couldn't find us so was ten mins late then tried to drop us off at the wrong place so we got home over an hour later than planned. The driver apologised and said we wouldn't be charged extra. Found out today we were - 50% more than the original estimate.
