Unfortunately if you read other reviews it seems like there's a pattern here... I'm sure the training itself is great but the team are completely unresponsive to emails and phone. Heard nothing back, so will be training elsewhere - come on guys, get your act together!

As in a previous review I can’t comment on training but that’s because every time I ring up a lady keeps telling me she will get back to me...I have given up on this school now..I totally understand if these guys are fully booked up but please just talk to me and explain why you can’t be bothered ringing potential customers back! I was wanting to do my DAS with you guys and I told the lady I was on no immediate rush and I could work around you guys! When work gets slow again you will wish you had at least rang people back...I give up trying now I’ll have to look elsewhere! Passed my theory I’m practicing on my 125 I just need a school who wants my custom!

This review reflects only on the customer service of the company, I'm unable to comment on the training. Firstly, I rang this company up a couple days ago seeking some lessons for my mod 1 and mod 2 test, I spoke to a woman who I assume is called Alex judging by a later text message I received, who told me that she would give me a call back later that day, so I waited, no call back. The next day rang again same person answered and told me she had not rang me because she was busy and so I assumed now would be the time that I would be able to get booked in for my mod 1 lesson but no, again, I'll ring you back this afternoon and yet again, no call back. This was then followed by a text at 20:30 to inform me that "sorry I haven't got back to you, looking for possibilities now but it's getting late, I'll call you tomorrow", then the following day after that text was sent I again waited, no phone call or message to discuss possible times. As a customer who is looking to spend money with a company I find that empty words don't go down too well. Like I have said in the beginning I cannot comment on the training but the level of customer service is shocking. Don't say you will call someone back if you aren't going to keep to your word. Business has been taken elsewhere and were quite willing to book me in for mod 1 lesson and test on the spot. First impressions stick....

I was lucky enough to find this place,, I was offered quite cheap prices else where, but when I saw the amount 140£ I thought the price is good so obviously the training will b best than the other schools, went there 9am the guy called Mark was such a fabulous person and instructor u will ever see was taking bikes down from the Van , which I only recognise the place by seeing the van written on it A2B,, normally it's very hard to ask questions from your instructor as somehow you fill a bit nervous, But Mark was literally like your best mate laughing and amazingly same time learning which was brilliant,,, I can remember in 2011 when I was doing my car test my car instructor used to smash my shoulder and my left hand while changing gears when I make mistakes, and it was very scary to sit next to him 😂 I still see him some time I feel scared lol,,,, this was a bit funny story from 2011 lol,,,, In simple words guys if you definitely want to pass professional and wanto get your CBT you will never find any other place than this , the interesting thing was I learnt the riding by half day which was incredible and I was very excited, it feels really good when you get your CBT at first day,, it happened bcs of the professional and great experience of Mark , the othe main source the friendliest smile and motivation which he gave us by thumbing up during making little circles as we were two guys we both passed,,, I could write here for 7 hours guys I can remember every single moment I spent there so ,, go there c it , feel it , learn it, pass it, and come to the world with new experience,, thank u for reading this 😘👍💯
