Had a driver pick me up from Coventry Road going to Smethwick, worst experience in a taxi ever, car was filthy full of empty drink cans, he kept speeding and twice went through red light's almost causing an accident. NEVER AGAIN...!!

Not sure I'd even call this a taxi firm anymore cos you can't get one for love nor money. Even if you prebook for a specified they just tell you they're busy and haven't got any cars. Useful when you're trying to get to the airport for a specific time. Absolute pisstakers

I used the app, specified I had a dog, then the taxi turned up 15 minutes early and wouldn’t take the dog. The driver didn’t say “I’m sorry, I didn’t get the note on the app “ he just kept repeating no no no no and wouldn’t let me in or explain the situation. Very unprofessional. There are many more professional taxi services from companies in the area.!I’d suggest using one of those instead of this company.
