A25 Awnings were recommended to us by a neighbour. David came round, diagnosed the issue without charging a call out and provided a written confirmation of the cost to replace the broken motor. Our awning was stuck out with bad weather forecast and so it was rather urgent, but as they were busy he came early on the Saturday to carry out the work. Everything was communicated to us very clearly. We couldn't recommend David and A25 Awnings any more highly.

I moved into a home with an existing awning, which stopped working suddenly. Despite research online I was unable to find a solution to my issue. I asked a couple of companies for quotes and David at A25 Awnings came back quickly, not only with the most reasonable price quote, but also gave me plenty of advice via email to trouble-shoot the problem, which would have potentially solved the problem without needing a call-out. When it became clear that he would need to look at the awning in-person, we were able to arrange a visit within 2 working days and he fixed the problem quickly, and professionally. All that was required in the end was a new remote, which was a lot less complicated than I was expecting, and David was open and honest with me about all the steps he was taking in diagnosing the problem. Couldn't recommend enough.

We had quotes from 3 separate companies to supply and install a motorised awning on the back of our home. David seemed the most knowledgeable and gave useful advice that the other two companies didn't.
