This is a thoroughly decent firm. They were honest enough to tell me that my loft insulation was up to standard and didn't need any improvement. All they did was lag a few pipes at a very reasonable cost. They were punctual, tidy and friendly. I recommend them without hesitation.

I needed an inspection of potential wall tie wall cracks. The technician Luke came out on Saturday morning and drilled a hole in the wall with horizontal cracks, and checked with his camera to see if the wall ties were corroded. He confirmed that the wall ties were OK and not corroded and the cracks were purely cosmetic. I was very grateful to him as he was professional and subsequently sent me an email to confirm this with photos. I have no hesitaton in recommending Luke and Warmcare Insulation.

Scott and Shane came to do our cavity wall insulation. They were very friendly and carried the work out to a high standard. We thought we'd need brushes as we are terraced and had that factored into the cost but they worked out we didn't need them due to neighbours already having insulation and knocked the price down as a result. They cleaned up afterwards, including washing the windows that were dusty from the work. I would strongly recommend this company and if we need any work done in future that they cover, I'd definitely use their services again.

Had the work carried out for underfloor and loft insulation. The work carried out was fine, however the company caused damage to my property. The drilling had come through to the ceiling and wallpaper was ripped off whilst they were working. I called many times to try and get this rectified, however nobody bothered to get back to me. So would say avoid them at all costs! Service: Install flooring
