A huge thank you to Chris for all his help in storing my beloved E30. First time I used A1 Vehicle Storage and have to say that an exceptionally high service was offered. I had a peace of mind knowing that my car was in extremely secure hands. Chris is extremely polite and helpful and went out of his way to get me a new locking key from BMW and replaced my alloys at no cost at all. Extremely professional service. I can confidently start my review with two words, ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!!!! I stored my car for nearly 4 years at A1 Vehicle Storage. From the start Chris was helpful, polite, professional and I had no hesitation to leave my car in his capable hands. Security is paramount and Chris and his team take care of anything you ask from them. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris. He will "go the extra mile". The first impression really does count: That was the case with the A1 Vehicle Storage facility and owner Chris when I first arrived. On contacting Chris by phone to get a quote on storage for my BMW, I was immediately impressed by his manner, he was polite, friendly, and professional as well as very flexible with his appointment options as to when I could bring the car. On arrival at the storage location, I was happy to see a clean, well-organized car storage company. I could see immediately Chris takes pride in his facility, especially when he began to point out the many security features in place. While the car was there I would call Chris every so often to check on the car, he was always polite, friendly, and helpful. I am a very satisfied customer, if I could give 10 stars I would. I could not have hoped for a better service. It's clear that the owner love cars and this is reflected in the interest he takes in his own business, looking after each car as if they were his own. His response time to messages is measured in minutes, not hours, even at weekends and late at night. He's the type of person that would always go the extra mile for you, and with a smile. I have used his services for a long time for three cars, and I would not hesitate to go back again in the future. Five stars are hardly enough!
