Just did a round trip of 500 miles and purchased a £27,000 motorhome from here and what an absolute delight it was! Totally transparent! Totally honest and a totally top draw company! I actually was at Budget Cars Company. I looked over a car, took it for a drive and as all was well decided to buy it. The next day it wouldn't start (due to an unforeseeable fault) I contacted the dealer, he came round had a look and got it going. He put it in the garage and after a few days the problem was found and fixed. He then delivered the car to me and took away the one he lent me. From the start he apologised (a lot ) and said he would sort it. This all happened with no arguing or fuss from him, I can honestly say although not the best situation he was fantastic, professional, friendly and determined to resolve the issue no matter what. Hoping the car lasts a good while but when its time I will definitely look him up for my next one.
