Avoid like the plague!!! Kat had the most horrendous conduct while on the phone dealing with us. The bus was 2 hours late, Kat refused to send a replacement out and it took over a month to receive a refund. When enquiry over the phone why the party bus was so late we were given multiple explanations (it is very clear they overbooked and did not want to admit this to us). This made us miss our reservations to the Xmas party and unfortunately half the company did not get to enjoy part of the Xmas party. While expressing our concerns as a party, Kat made us feel as though we were inferior and our concerns were not valid, she has a vile attitude and I hope no one else has to deal with it.
