Ordered a taxi late afternoon for a carer to be picked up at 2150 from Shipton to Tidworth and the carer called to say the taxi had not arrived. I called them at 2155 to be told that the road from Tidworth to Shipton was closed due to roadworks. They said that this was brought forward and there was no notices. They had not even set off as they said it would be expensive due to having to go to Amesbury and a303 way. Luckily I did get another taxi company to get this stranded keyworker but she did not get home until after 2300. Its disgusting how they didn't even attempt to go. I won't be using their service again.
