WARNING! DO NOT BUY A PRESSURE WASHER FROM THIS COMPANY!! GO ELSEWHERE & SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE I bought a £1800 pressure washer from this company and have had nothing but problems with it and from the company I have had problems and faults with the pressure washer from the get-go and have been messed around something awful from the company, the director of the company talked me into buying new lances and nozzles for it (from his company btw) to see if fixed the problem which it didn’t I sent it back to them on my own money and they apparently fixed the problem which after 2 days went back to being faulty the director told me that within the first 2 years of having the pressure washer i shouldn’t have any problems which indicates to me that it was sold to me faulty They are now ignoring me Just a heads up to not buy anything from this company or deal with them at all

Very very very unprofessional. Call them Friday 5th August @14:00 asking if they can sort me out with a Karcher steamer, as the cap is blocked and I can top up. They told me: yes, you can pop in, and our engineer will have a look Monday. Asked if they can have a look today, maybe it’s a easy fix? Been told yes, you can pop in, but if it isn’t, you need to leave it with us. Said ok. Been to them around @15:20 to be told: there’s no engineer in atm but he will have a look Monday. I reply: we’ve speak over the phone an hour ago, and you told me to pop in, and now there’s nobody in? Ok, I need a repair so I need to book in and leave it with you. Monday, 8th of august nobody called me, and I called them the day after which is Tuesday, asking them what’s going on with my steamer cleaner? The lady from reception told me: the engineer is in holiday until Wednesday. There’s nobody in who can have a look at the moment. Seriously? I can see their rating is 4.9 stars. Maybe I’m just bad luck? Or employees are playing games?
