I used this garage because they are specialists at repairs involving an automatic clutch and gearbox. They did a great job at this and am happy with this result. Unfortunately during the work the heating/cooling on the car stopped working. It was disappointing not to be informed about this as it had obviously broken and the interior of the car was quite mouldy. I wasn't happy with the response when I phoned up, it was was working fine when the car was dropped off, I suspect some wiring or other parts were damaged during the work. I didn't know A1 Premier Transmission LTD before my car was brought to them and had no idea just how far they were from me. However; they did a good job with my car. I had a number of things down with the Transmission and I'm really pleased, as my car is as good as new. The men in the office were very professional and their customer service was on point. Had my S3 DSG gearbox repaired by A1. Car was collected a day early, took a while to diagnosis the issue but this was because they wanted to reuse as much parts as possible to save me some cash. Once the fault was identified the fix was quick and the team at A1 are very friendly and professional. Would use them again 100%. Was able to view the car do a walk around check the work before any cash was exchanged. Not the cheapest but you get the quality you pay for with these guys Service: Transmission repair

Needed a full overhaul of my Transit Custom auto box; which thankfully was covered under a warranty - A1 handled everything for me and although it took a while, I'd rather that and have a good job done than have a critical vehicle for my business fail again.
