Sally was very informative and arranged hire. Great value. Toilets arrived before the day and were collected the day after. Good communication before the day but lost a star for no communication after and I was concerned that I didn’t hear that they’d been collected. Apart from that, all was perfect and the toilets were clean and convenient, thank you

Beautiful Days 2021! Wow what a mess! Such a shame the festival was let down by this company not emptying the toilets for days! It was a disgrace! Families had to leave early due to the toilet situation! They were Pilling up with human waste and from Wed (I was working on site) until Sunday afternoon the toilets were not emptied. Shame it ruined the festival for me :( Andy loos were OK (only a few on site) and worth hunting out. What did they do, they emptied their loos! If u want a clean and empty loo, DON'T USE A1 ( I call them A none!)! Maybe the funds went into the massive truck they were tanking around the site in?? Shame on you A1, considering the health challenges we face ATM it was more important than ever to have clean usable toilets! They were a biohazard ☣ In response to your reply, these are all excuses, you should have stuck with not taking the work. It's your name on the door and your reputation that goes down the toilet when things go wrong. Except here nothing went down it all stayed and piled up. The festival goers were stuck with a substandard service and for this there is no excuse.
