    Passed first attempt!! A big thank you to my driving instructor Tanzeel (Tan) for helping me gain the confidence to pass on my first attempt. Tan was very calm and professional with me ensuring all my mistakes were corrected and making sure we covered all the possible test routes. He worked with my time schedule to make sure I had consistent lessons especially leading up to and on the morning of the test day. I highly recommend him.

    I learned to drive with Tanzeel (tan). He was a massive help and an amazing instructor, he can always fit you in for 2 lessons a week without a problem. Definitely recommend to anyone learning to drive. Also helps you to work on anything you’re unsure on. Passed first time.

    I passed with 0 minors all thanks to Sonia! I cannot recommend A1 Derby enough, my instructor Sonia was the best instructor I have ever had. I had been with a few instructors before and I kept failing, I lacked confidence in my driving. But Sonia helped me grow my confidence back on the road and now I can’t wait to get on the road! Sonia is such an amazing instructor and person overall, she was friendly and kind which helped calm my nerves also very patient with me and making lessons really enjoyable. The way she teaches doesn’t just help you pass but also to become confident when you’re out on the road, she teaches in a way that helps you understand what you’re doing and makes the driving easier. I knew if anyone was going to pass me it was going to be Sonia. May Allah swt continue to put barkat in your work x

    I have passed my driving test today with only 2 minors with Maryam as my instructor and she was amazing!! She made me feel comfortable in the car every lesson we had and was patient with me. I had my test originally booked for September but due to a cancellation, I was able to use ‘faster driving tests’ to get a cancellation. Maryam also had her round motivational objects, which helped me control my nerves and make me feel less anxious. I am so grateful to Maryam for helping me feel comfortable and ready to pass my test. I’ll really miss our lessons. I really do recommend Maryam as an instructor. Thank you again x
