I am disgusted with taxi company's attitude & rudeness... As I had booked a taxi in a day advance from Smethwick to Bournville, given full addresses for pick up & drop off point, clearly...to Sam! In the morning I rang 30 minutes to confirm the pick up fot 8am. I was told iit was booked with wrong address & cancel my ride because Bournville is far!
