Ordered a taxi from my hotel reception and was told that it would be 30 minutes. Hotel called after 45 minutes and told that the driver was on his way and stuck in traffic. Thirty minutes later Hotel called again and told that driver was still stuck in traffic and did I want to cease the service. Needless to say I did and my entire plans were ruined.
